cancellation policy

To best serve all of our clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This policy is in place because we have dedicated and reserved your session time exclusively for you. It ensures that we can make the most of our scheduled time together. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge at your regular rate.
Our clinicians provide counselling services at a reduced rate to a limited number of clients. We understand that financial difficulties can make it challenging to afford counselling. If you are in need of low-cost options, please don't hesitate to contact us as we never want finances to get in the way of our work together.
